Plantation / Estate Manager
Scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to :
- Responsible for overall development and activities in oil palm plantation estate from nursery to maturity stage.
- Ensure infrastructure and supporting units are prepared and available to facilitate cost efficient operations.
- Coordinate with all related departments and field assistants.
- Demonstrate maturity and care in handling harmonious relationship with local communities and authority.
- Degree / Diploma in Agricultural Science.
- At least 10 years experience in managerial position.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and implementing activities from land clearing mineral/peat soil, nursery, to planting and harvesting.
- Control balanced production cost and report performance skills.
- Command leadership and ability in implementing field operations, manpower planning, budgeting, recruitment, training, and etc.
- Willing to be positioned in the estate.
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia. Chinese Mandarin is preferred.
Scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to :
- Manage and verify all data and field estate information related to oil palm activities into centralized agronomy database with accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement agronomy policy development to maximize highest yield and lowest possible cost.
- Adopt quality standards on sustainable practices for benchmarking and monitoring.
- Perform detail agronomy audit processes in plantation field to investigate and analyze issues.
- Support the implementation of RSPO requirements in plantation estates.
- Check agronomy data and statistic for all oil palm activities in the field, and compare the data between budget and actual realized application. E.g. fertilization, road construction, nursery.
- Willing to travel for field work for extended period of time.
- Position is based in Jakarta.
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Agricultural Science – Sarjana Pertanian.
- Min. 3 yrs of relevant experience. Oil palm plantation experience is a must.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
- Working knowledge in OMP (Oil Palm Management Program) database.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian language (both oral and written).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and professional.
- High integrity, good personality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record as a contributory member and demonstrate teamwork.
Scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to :
- Responsible for plantation activities: land clearing, nursery establishment, planting, estate maintenance
- Reports directly to Plantation Manager at estate location
- Organize field information and analysis for reporting purposes
- Understand company’s inti/plasma program and have basic skills in dealing with local communities and other socialization
- Willing to be based in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Agricultural Science – Sarjana Pertanian
- Min. 2 yrs of relevant experience. Oil palm plantation experience is a must
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must

Scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to :
- Handle land compensation matters as per company and government policies, in consultation with Plantation Managers.
- Able to evaluate and assess land compensation decisions by:
- Survey and verify areas involving land compensation claims.
- Plan and carry out a systematic process to inventory issues, party related, financial implication, and risk encountered in resolving land compensation in the identified areas.
- Fulfils all procedures and legal administrative requirements for the land compensation.
- Maintain good administration system such correspondences, documentation, filling, contract / agreement and reporting in relation with the land compensation process.
- Position is based at palm oil plantation site.
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Agricultural Science – Sarjana Pertanian, Social Sciences, Law.
- Min. of 2 years relevant experience. Background in oil palm company is an advantage.
- Well networked within local government, and good understanding of local communities.
- Strong on negotiation, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
- High integrity, good personality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record as a contributory member and demonstrate teamwork.
Scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to :
- Responsible for geological survey activities in determining land and soil profile suitable for oil palm plantation
- Able to operate survey software such as AutoCad, Arcview, Surpac
- Proficient in using Total Station, Garmin GPS, theodolit
- Understand basic theories on survey and mapping
- Collect survey data and do analysis using parameters given to make reports
- Adapt to field environment and land condition
- Willing to be based in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Agricultural Science - Sarjana Pertanian/Soil Science/Geodesi
- Min. 2 yrs of relevant experience. Oil palm plantation experience is an advantage
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must
- Fluent in English and Indonesian language (both oral and written).
