- Age max. 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree from Psychology
- Having min. 2 – 3 years experience in the same field
- Strong communication and people skill to all level in the organization
- Must be a change agent, good motivator and good business understanding
- Smart, mature, strong leadership and team player
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya
