Requirements :
  1. Male
  2. Minimum education D3 or S1 Agriculture / Plantation (preferably majoring in Agronomy / Farming)
  3. Maximum age 30 years for luluisan S1, and the maximum 25 years for graduates D3
  4. Minimum GPA 2.75
  5. Fresh Graduate are welcome
  6. Able to operate computer Microsoft Office minimal
  7. Fluent in English verbally and in writing
  8. Having loyalty, discipline, responsibility, deft and meticulous
  9. Physical & Spiritual Health
  10. Having a great interest in plantation
  11. Willing to be placed in the garden area (Java & Kalimantan)
